Issues with Delivery

What is White Glove Installation?
Your product ships directly to certified billiards technicians in your area. A representative with The LES will reach out to you to begin to coordinate the delivery and professional installation of your pool table after production has been completed and your items are ready to ship. Once shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival to the installer. Installation appointments will be made directly with your local installation company. This is subject to change during the holiday season and other busy periods.

All American Heritage Billiards pool tables come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship, beginning on the date of purchase by the original owner. Cloth is not included with the table and must be purchased separately in the style and color of your choice.

Natural variations in wood, such as differences in grain, color, or texture, are to be expected and are not considered defects; therefore, they are not covered under warranty. Game room furniture components are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original owner’s purchase date.
At its sole discretion, American Heritage Billiards will repair or replace any part found to be defective. The warranty does not cover re-leveling of the table after the initial proper installation. It also does not cover any additional costs related to the replacement of defective parts.

• Cloth Care: Brush the surface regularly in one direction to keep it smooth and free of chalk. For deeper cleaning, lightly vacuum with a soft brush attachment.
• Wood Care: Dust frequently with a soft cloth and wipe with a slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid harsh cleaners or direct sunlight to preserve the finish.
• Protection: Use a table cover when not in use to guard against spills, dust, and fading.
• Professional Service: Hire a professional for leveling or moving your table to ensure long-term performance.
